Welcome to MySocial (mysocial.ink). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms. MySocial is operated by Karol Ordowski, residing at Skrzyszow, 33-156, Poland, as an individual developer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MySocial, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. Service Description

MySocial provides a "link-in-bio" platform allowing users to aggregate links on a personalized landing page. We offer both subscription-based plans (monthly) and one-time payment options for lifetime access.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They handle all payment processing, billing inquiries, and tax compliance. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy"s Terms of Service.

4. Free Trial and No-Refund Policy

We provide a 7-day free trial that offers the exact same features as the paid version. This allows users to fully test the service before purchasing. Because of this trial period and the immediate nature of digital service delivery, we do not offer refunds for any one-time payments or recurring subscription fees once the transaction is processed.

5. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post. You may not use MySocial for illegal activities, phishing, spamming, or hosting malicious content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

MySocial is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Karol Ordowski shall not be liable for any damages, loss of data, or service interruptions arising from your use of the platform.
