Welcome to MySocial (mysocial.ink). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms. MySocial is operated by Karol Ordowski, residing at Skrzyszow, 33-156, Poland, as an individual developer.

1. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

By accessing MySocial, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

2. Service Description and Lifetime Access

MySocial provides a "link-in-bio" platform. We offer a one-time payment for lifetime access. "Lifetime access" refers to the operational lifetime of the project—the period during which the developer actively maintains and hosts the service.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle all payment processing, billing, and tax compliance. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy"s Terms of Service.

4. Refund Policy

We provide a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, logos, and original content on MySocial are the intellectual property of Karol Ordowski. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for your content. Illegal activities, phishing, or hosting malicious links are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

MySocial is provided "as-is". Karol Ordowski is not liable for data loss or service interruptions, including those caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, payment processors) or events beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts competent for the developer"s place of residence.
