Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Effective Date: January 15, 2026

1. Scope and Roles

This DPA applies when MySocial processes personal data on behalf of the User (e.g., visitor analytics for your "link-in-bio" page). In this context, the User is the Data Controller, and MySocial is the Data Processor.

2. Sub-processors

The User authorizes MySocial to engage the following sub-processors for the operation of the service: Vercel Inc. (Hosting), MongoDB Inc. (Database), and Lemon Squeezy (Payments).

3. Data Subject Rights

MySocial shall assist the User, insofar as possible, in fulfilling their obligations to respond to requests from data subjects (visitors of the link-in-bio pages) regarding their rights under GDPR or other privacy laws.

4. Technical and Organizational Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect the data processed through our platform.

5. Governing Law

This DPA is governed by the laws of Poland.
